Judge/Magistrate (Mediator) and ALL PARTIES and their advocates or recognized agents are hereby
ORDERED to appear. Unless an agreement disposing of this case is filed in advance of this date the
mediation will occur as scheduled.
Please Note:-
1. All parties who must approve a settlement, and at least one advocate or recognized agent for each
party (if represented), must appear. If a settlement requires approval from someone not a party to the
suit, that person should be available by telephone. Institutional parties must have an individual with
settlement authority present.
2. Each party or advocate/agent must bring (1) an outline of how damages were or should be calculated
(including time, period, interest rates) if damages are requested, and (2) relevant documentation
(appraisals, receipts, records).
3. All mediation proceedings, statements and documents are confidential and will not be disclosed to the
trial judge or magistrate, nor will they affect the case if not settled. No party is bound by anything said
or done in mediation unless a settlement is reached, which must be in writing and binding.
4. If a party or their advocate fails to appear, the Court may issue orders against the defaulting party,
agent, or advocate, including costs, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
